"Clean, good service, perfect location."
Overall Score5.0/ 5
Ideal location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, North End, Faneuil Hall, TD Garden and more. The room itself was clean and well appointed. All the staff that we interacted with was courteous and friendly. At breakfast at the hotel restaurant, was also a positive experience.

"Nice stay near airport."

"Great location but had issues."
Overall Score3.0/ 5
Nice room, great location. Issues followed. Shower drain 100% non functional. Shower faucet loose. Internet painfully slow. HVAC blows cold on the left side of the bed which causes you to cover and uncover throughout the night. Should not blow directly on guests. Attention to detail would be my suggestion.

"A Breath of Fresh Air!"
Overall Score4.0/ 5
The Juliet balcony at The Bostonian grabbed me and I was glad it did. I’m tired of hotels that don’t let you open a window and this balcony was fun besides giving me the gift of fresh air. It was not too noisy. Our room was spotless, had a fireplace, very comfortable bedding, winding hallways instead of at the stark typical hotel. We were very pleased. Reception was friendly. Free bottles of water was nice. I can recommend this hotel!
