The hotel was lovely, but the staff was just amazing! From the dear lady, Terry, who made the coffee, to Constance at the front desk. Everyone was just the best. My housekeepers were wonderful!

We spent three days at the Intercontental in NEw Orleans. Rooms were comfortable and service was excellent. Anything we asked for was taken care of promptly. The concierge always responded and handled all problems. Thanks for a lovely stay.
